The program is gym & home friendly – There are alternatives in the program for home use, they are at the bottom of each page or right below the exercise.
You will need the following home equipment: Bench, Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Medicine Ball, Resistance Bands.
5 Workouts a week – 2 Upper Body Days, 2 Lower Body Days, 1 Metcon Day
